    I used NotaryPro for a separation agreement that was 8 pages. I had no idea what preparation I needed and the staff at Staples did not seem to know. The signage gave no information. While I waited in line the person ahead was equally in the dark. Once I started on the computer things went much better especially since the person next to me was a few steps ahead. The headset was missing and had to be gotten from the copy counter. I had to upload the images taken by my cellphone of the unsigned doc thru a QR code this resulted in low quality images. I assumed I would be able to upload the pdf or there would be a fixed document scanner. Once my meeting start I was very impressed by the notary! One suggestion is to not put the pc web cameras facing a window. The notary could barely see me!

    Don’t go! it’s been a lot of issues even for a simple notarization, and I’ve already wasted a lot of time. It might be better to just go to a local lawyer.

    Surprisingly convenient. Usually I have to drive 30 mins for an in-person session and allied to my general distrust of online credit card payments, I was not sure about using NotaryPro but I was wrong. It was worth it.
