I called for a notary appointment, but all the lawyers were busy. The front desk agent asked me to walk in without an appointment, and she would find someone for me. So I went and waited for 10 minutes, and finally, she found someone to help me. Great service. Amazing staff (desk agent and Ryan). Everything was done in minutes, and they didn't even charge me for the service. I truly appreciate your prompt service.

I had used Key Murray Law (Ryan MacDonald) for a real estate purchase. After 6 months of not getting a tax bill I inquired with the province. This is when I found out that the property was not transferred to my name. I made multiple calls and left multiple message to get no response. First call January 30th, again Feb 3rd got through said my situation, was told I hear back soon. March 3rd, left message for an update. April 3rd, another message. April 11, said i wasn't leaving a message and got an assistant. Finally someone to look into this. April 22nd finally got a hold of the actual lawyer who assumed his assistant did everything before maternity leave. Said all was resolved and you should get your overdue bill soon..... so after 6 calls and messages ranging from January to April and no one returns my calls? Excellent service.

Looked into this law office in Souris as I used to see Allan MacPhee (who was amazing) but since retired. I then spoke with Barry Malone and decided to go ahead with his service. Huge mistake!! It took months upon months to look into an urgent matter. I called repeatedly. When he did return my call/ email, there was ALWAYS excuses as to why he needed more time. He would say email is the best way to contact him, then he would say calling is better after ingorning a persons email. He would ramble on how he had so many property closings as it was in fact a busy summer. Why do I care ? Apparently, that makes him more $$ than what I needed. Excuses. He then decided on charging more for his service, after a agreed amount (unfortunately not on paper). Never had this happen before. I don't recommend this law firm.
