My wife and I have had an excellent experience working with James and the team at Paciocco & Mellow. From the very beginning, James has been incredibly patient, professional, and understanding. He always took the time to answer every question we had thoroughly and made sure we understood each step of the process. No matter how many questions we asked or asking for updates, he never made us feel rushed and was always willing to explain things clearly Communication has been outstanding. James kept us updated as soon as there was any news or development in our case, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind throughout a stressful situation. My wife was injured in a boating accident which by it's nature presented some challenges compared to a motor vehicle/car accident. Our lawyer Elizabeth Essex took on the challenge for us was very clear in her explanations of how she would present our case for us and researched other case settlements to find a basis for our successful settlement. She was very thorough presenting our case and had empathy for the challenges we will continue to face. We are so grateful for her work and understanding !!!!
