  If I were to characterize Alexis Tandizo in 3 words it would be “Social Media Lawyer”. I retained Kruse Law after being falsely accused of sexual assault as the allegation was purely and clearly motivated by vindictiveness and egregiously apparent in text messages found within the disclosure. Alexis claims that she is a voice for her clients however it took a WHOLE YEAR, 1 full rotation around the sun, until Alexis would go through my disclosure with me. I couldn’t even tell my side of my story to someone I retained. How could one believe she would be able advocated for me if she wouldn't listen to me refuted the non-sensical, illogical and ridiculous accusations? It felt as if I was my own lawyer. In addition another vindictive accusation was made against me by the same person and I have proof of my alibi (time stamped photos and text messages of where and when I was and who I was with). She didn't even asked or look them over. Ridiculous! A deal was finally offered to me: a guilty plea which resulting in a conviction & 2 years of counseling which she’s suggested me take and she said is was very "favorable". She stated that its not possible to get a better deal, no matter what you are going to trial and this is a very good outcome while trying to scare me with the possibility of going into custody. In discussions to the crown she couldn’t even rely my profession correctly. Her rigor was quite terrible as compared to mine. There were so many inconsistencies about the case when just discussing it with her, she constantly talked over me, and when I wanted an updated (every 3 months) it would take 2 full weeks to get a phone call back. I didn’t believe her compassion for me for 1 second. Very disingenuous. The last straw was when she tried to pull a move on me where we finally had a date set for her to go over the disclosure with me, but she got “tied up” an hour before and had to cancel. I said enough is enough and I wouldn’t be able to go over it for atleast another week, she then miraculously became available. UNBELIEVABLE (Refute me on this I have emails). After this I fired her as there was no way I could trust someone after they would pull a stunt like that and I retained a new lawyer. END RESULT: Charges withdrawn completely, no conditions, No trail! So much for I would not get a better deal, this just proves how wrong she was and her arrogancey was exhausting. Best decision in my life was ending the relationship with Kruse Law. Do yourself a favour and get a lawyer who didn’t have to travel halfway across the world to avoid taking the LSAT.

  When looking for a criminal law firm to handle my son’s dangerous driving offence I looked at various law firms and Kruse law had great reviews. I called their office and spoke with Samantha and Jennifer and they were great at explaining the process and getting things going. Ryan Venables was my sons lawyer and he was able to get the charges withdrawn even before my son’s first court date. When he advised us of that we were speechless. The result was the best possible outcome and we are both so grateful to Ryan. I would highly recommend him and Kruse Law. Thanks so much!

  I highly recommend Kruse law if you have a legal matter to deal with and you want the best representation for yourself. My lawyer Ryan Venables knew exactly what he was looking at and had my matter withdrawn and took a world of stress away from me during the process. I had never been in any kind of legal trouble before and im glad I chose Kruse Law to take care of my matter that's for sure ! Also thanks to Jennifer in the office who always kept me up to date with what was happening. Thank you Kruse Law ! You guys are the best !

  I hired Kruse Law for an alleged assault. I chose kruse over the others after reading many reviews and reading about their perceived expertise in such matters on their website. They were able to get the charges completely withdrawn by the crown as well as help me clear my name. This was a very difficult thing to deal with but ultimately kruse law greatly helped me navigate this speed bump in my life and I’m grateful for that. I’d like to particularly thank Alexia and Jennifer for their utmost professionalism and promptness and overall service in dealing with this matter. Would highly recommend.
