  If I could elect to select no stars; I would have. I have plenty of supportive documents. Tristan Miller is tremendously unprofessional. I was deeply disappointing. He was quick to dismiss reasonable solutions and rarely took the time to present or explain options clearly. Often over speak myself, medications and our sitting judge. His professional follow-through and client communication seemed to take a back seat, though he always appeared to have time for his tee time and a beer. I would not recommend his services to anyone seeking a lawyer who is attentive, timely, or genuinely invested in their client’s needs. Or moving swiftly through the already stressful and slow moving family court system. Thank you for your response. While I was not formally a client of your firm, I was directly involved in proceedings where Mr. Miller represented the opposing party. My review reflects my personal experience of those interactions. I am entitled to share my perspective based on how I was treated throughout that process. My comments are not made lightly, and I have documentation supporting my concerns. I do not believe it is appropriate to request that a review be edited or removed simply because it is critical. Feedback, positive or negative is part of maintaining transparency and accountability in professional services. Furthermore, I also find it inappropriate to suggest that my perspective is not valid simply because I was not your client. Individuals involved in legal proceedings are still entitled to share their experiences of how they were treated. I stand by my review.

  Despite previously sharing my concerns directly with the firm, I have continued to receive requests to leave a Google Review, so I am providing this feedback. Amy Johnson met with me initially as a courtesy through a mutual connection which was extremely kind of her. I was ultimately disappointed however, with how my separation was handled. I did not feel I was given clear or thorough guidance on the documentation required to move my separation forward efficiently. Shortly after retaining her, Amy was unavailable for an extended period due to vacation and court commitments. This caused delays and added significant stress. I unfortunately submitted documents incrementally while trying to navigate the process based on the information provided my ex-husband's lawyer which cost me significantly more. What's more is there were two key financial details also identified by my ex-husband’s lawyer that could have benefited me were overlooked by Amy. Overall, my experience was impacted by limited communication, lack of clarity, and unexpected costs.

  Amy Johnson and her staff were very professional, compassionate and caring. Ms. Johnson stayed focused on outcomes, did a great job keeping me informed and advocated for best possible results. She was very knowledgeable and timely. The communication with the entire firm was exemplary. I would highly recommend.

  During a very challenging time for our family and realizing the urgency for legal advice I reached out to Tristan Miller at Johnson Miller Family Lawyers. My experience was nothing short of outstanding. Mr. Miller was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The communication was superb and whether it was an email or phone conversation I was always kept informed on the latest developments. Our case definitely had many unexpected issues but Mr. Miller handled everything with confidence. His dedication to achieve a positive outcome for our family will always be remembered and we are extremely thankful.
