We had a great experience with Farhat & Associates and had a very smooth closing process from start to finish. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone looking for professional and reliable legal services. Rashid Farhat was very professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood the process. He was also very patient and made time to answer all of our questions, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Pauline was handling our file and was absolutely great to work with. She communicated promptly whenever she needed information, kept me updated throughout the process, and handled the closing very professionally and efficiently. I really appreciated how responsive she was and how she made sure we stayed informed every step of the way. We are very happy that we chose Farhat & Associates for our closing. My parents also used the firm when they purchased their home back in 2018, so it was great to have the opportunity to work with them again. Thank you to Rashid, Pauline, and the entire team for making the process so smooth. Hopefully, many more clients get the opportunity to experience the same level of service!

I recently worked with Farhat and his assistant, Pauline, for my house closing, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Farhat made the entire legal process incredibly clear, breaking down every step so I felt confident and informed from start to finish. His expertise and steady approach took all the stress out of what can be a very daunting transaction. I also have to highlight the exceptional work of his assistant, Pauline. She went truly above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with precision and care. She was incredibly proactive, keeping me updated at every turn and always responding to my questions with kindness and speed. Having such a dedicated, responsive team handling my closing made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and attentive service for their real estate needs
