I found Victor as one of our accredited LIUNA 183 real estate lawyers. Victor Martins took care of the legal procedure for our first home purchase. Victor is hands on and made sure that the clients understood every detail of the contract and terms. The steps are very wasy to follow as they guided us along the way. He did not use legal terms that are hard to understand and made sure that we are satisfied before we move on to the next. I would recommend them to handle your real estate legal needs.
