My experience with Williams Litigation was positive. Based on my limited experience, litigation cases take a great deal of time to resolve. It seems to me that it wouldn't take as long if both sides of a dispute were required to engage in Mediation hearings with the sincere intent of reaching a reasonable settlement. In my case, the adjuster for the representing the company I was seeking a settlement from, was obstructive and combative from the get go. I felt that my Williams lawyers were much more committed to resolving issues and willing to compromise to do so. I referred to the adjuster hired by the company as the D squad. His favourite word was 'No' and his approach was 'deny, denigrate, dispute, and delay. The issue at hand could have been resolved at much less cost if he had been interested at reaching a resolution from the outset. It was only after discovery and 2 mediation sessions that the Lowe's Laywer agreed to speak directly with my Williams Lawyer without the intrusion of the Insurance company adjuster that any progress to a resolution was made. The efforts of the Williams lawyer, Gabriella Gader, who took over the file after 5 years of no progress, resulted in a quick and reasonable resolution in the space of a few months. I'm pleased with the efforts of all staff at Williams, especially Ms. Gader.

I obtained great service and compassion from Liam Wray and his associates at Williams Litigation. He was very compassionate and proactive to obtain a decent settlement for a bike accident and the loss of enjoyment of life that ensued. He made the process easy, respectful and rewarding.
