  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ronalee Carey Law. In my opinion, the communication was rude and unprofessional, and the billing process was very frustrating. I felt that when billing issues came up, the responsibility was shifted onto me rather than handled constructively, and the tone of the communication felt threatening rather than helpful. I was also very disappointed with the quality of the work. I noticed multiple issues in the forms prepared for my application, which I believe should have been caught before sending to me. Because immigration and legal documents are so important, even small mistakes can create unnecessary stress and uncertainty. The overall process was much slower than expected. My application took much longer than I expected, and based on the average processing times I had seen, it felt about three times longer than usual. This added even more frustration to an already stressful situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this law office. I expected professionalism, accuracy, and clear communication, but instead I felt blamed, dismissed, and poorly supported throughout the process. Update in response to the owner’s reply: This review is not fraudulent. I am not affiliated with RealRep or any company offering negative-content removal services, and I have no knowledge of or connection to any email they may have received. I used a different name because, based on my experience, I did not feel comfortable posting under my real name. Her response here reflects the same kind of judgmental and dismissive tone that I felt during my communications with her. My review reflects my personal experience and opinion.

  I can't say enough good things about Ronalee and her team. Her & Barbara Ann have assisted me and my partner in a 2.5 year long immigration process to finally get PR; I could not have done this without them. You can really tell how much they care about you as individuals and clients. They're quick to respond, knowledgeable, helpful and made the process so much easier to navigate as someone who knew nothing about what I'd be getting into as well as what was required. It's honestly been worth every penny and me & my partner now get to live happily together in Canada because of their help. I very highly recommend Ronalee and her team!

  I am so glad I did my application with Ronalee and her team. They have been extremely professional and also direct with me throughout the whole process, which is exactly what you want as a client. They are very knowledgeable and well organized. They replied to my emails really fast and were able to answer and address my concerns without any hesitations.   If we could give Ronalee and her team a 6 star review we would! I would highly recommend her to anyone that is dealing with getting a Canadian visa. She has made the process easy and completely stress free. My partner just received his permanent residency yesterday and we couldn’t be more thrilled thanks to Ronalee! Thank you so much.
