  This is our second time using Real Estate Lawyers and it was well below our expectations. It is now over 2 months past our closing date and the team is either not capable or unwilling to share the required service invoices that were part of our closing agreement. On closing day, they informed us they have received invoices to show that certain repairs were complete as stipulated but after many of follows up to share these invoices we continued to be ignored. Whether it be because the team never received the documents and just wanted to close regardless or are just unwilling to share them. It is relevant because we are having some issues and the lack of actual confirmation is troubling. Totally unacceptable. Secondly, for the week leading up to the close we kept following up about an agreement for a rental take over that the team was not proactive in dealing with. We almost didn’t close on closing date because of this which was on our teams radar for over a week. We went directly to the sellers lawyer on closing day to resolve this matter ourselves and learned about this there that we wouldn’t have closed on the day even though we explicitly told our lawyer it’s okay. This experience was very unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and professionalism.

  We’re currently working with this real estate lawyer- for our home purchase, and so far the experience has been excellent. Vincent Tuci and Tea Babic they are very responsive, professional, and quick to answer all of our questions, which really helps make the whole process less stressful. Communication has been smooth and efficient from the beginning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and attentive real estate lawyer!
