Luke was extremely quick, attentive and proactive with communication! He clearly outlined everything during our consultation and was very considerate and personable. I had reached out to a few other law firms at the same time seeking advice, and Luke was the only law firm to quickly follow-up and inquire about the situation. Other law firms simply responded to my inquiry with their legal fees, but Luke honoured his free consultation and took the time to understand the situation and walk me through my options respectfully and professionally.
