I had a wonderful experience working with Sarah Di Liello and her assistant Marnie. They were professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Their communication was outstanding, with regular updates that kept me informed and reassured, while their willingness to listen and explain everything clearly made me feel supported every step of the way. Navigating intricacies of the Law is innerving and feels perilous for laymen like me who have no map and no compass to guide us through these waters. Deciding to embark on this journey was to give my wife and I peace of mind that we engaged discussions with the organization in question to ensure fair and equitable resolution to an uncomfortable situation. Before reaching out to Nelligan Law, I really felt like I was a character stuck in a Franz Kafka novel. I reached out to them and based on our needs, had the good fortune of being assigned Adrienne Fanjoy, Associate as Nelligan Law. From our first face-to-face meeting, my wife and I felt we were in great legal hands. Her calm demeanor, active listening skills and clear explanation of what laid ahead for us had us confident that, regardless of the outcome, we would have peace of mind at the end of this journey. Along the way, there were moments of uneasiness on my part as to what each step was going to present. This uneasiness was in great part due to my lack of trust in the organization’s good faith and to the complexity of our case. Thank heavens, Adrienne was patient and attentive to our needs and she was able to reassure my wife and I that resolution would come and that the legal framework would work for both parties. A few times, Adrienne did not hesitate to reach out to a Senior Partner to validate her strategies and plans. That was reassuring and confirmed that we were in the right hands. Now that this situation is resolved, I am taking the time to express my gratitude to Adrienne and the team at Nelligan Law that supports her.
