  Elisha Kelly at KMHLawyers is a terrific lawyer and fantastic person with whom to work. She is prompt, efficient, and knows her legal matters! She helped us with a real estate transaction and the process could not have been easier. The fact that she’s a genuinely nice person also makes everything that much better.

  Our lawyer Miriam Vale Peters, her assistant Brenda Desjardins and the support team did an outstanding job challenging an estate will. This was a long journey full of emotionally charged legal procedures, but throughout the years she consistently advocated for us and handled all necessary documents with care and precision to a successful outcome. She took the time to clearly explain each step along the way, which made a difficult situation much easier to understand and navigate. Most importantly, she treated us with kindness and respect, and we always felt heard and supported as people, not just clients. We are very grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and hard work.   They transferred my lawyer partway through, the new lawyer didn’t bother to look at my case until I had no options but to settle. They were happy to take my case and quick to bill me But I really feel like I fell through the cracks with Gabriel Laidlaw Bale. They did nothing until it was too late and then he said I had no options because I ran out of time. We had plenty of time, over a year, and I had options Gabriel didn’t inform me of, even though I asked for updates, I got nothing (aside from invoices for the emails). I did a lot of work and paid a lot of money to KMH after being screwed over by the construction workers who ruined my house. I do not recommend these lawyers, even if you have a solid case, especially Gabriel who was assigned my case and did nothing until it was too late. I was forced to settle. I paid KMH $8000 and they didn’t help me at all. They made it worse by not even trying, which is really depressing. I could understand if he made an effort to represent me, but no effort was made. It would’ve been better if they had not taken my case instead of wasting my time and money like it’s no big deal. It’s had a huge impact on me.

  I had twice a great experience with Elisha Kelly. First time few years ago, when I bought my condo and recently with my Will, Power of Attorney and Estate. Elisha was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly person. She made the whole experience so easy. I highly recommend her to anyone.

We decided to follow our real estate agent’s recommendation in choosing our lawyer with KMH Lawyers, for all our closing day needs. We called KMH and were connected with Erin White. From the very first day to the last moment on the closing day, Erin was absolutely amazing! If Erin is your lawyer, you can basically expect an instant and detailed response to any questions your process comes across. She is very professional, knowledgeable, takes time to provide you with detailed and clear answers, and she leads you along the entire deal like a dream. Even in our case, complicated with buying from a different province, she flawlessly arranged distant work, signing, and every single moment she was with us, as if we were her only clients.
