The notary completed the legal paperwork professionally and efficiently. However, the experience was severely let down by a complete lack of empathy and customer service. Right after our appointment, my 5-year-old son had a bathroom emergency, and the notary strictly refused to let him use the washroom.While I understand businesses have private policies, denying a small child access to a toilet during a paid appointment shows a total lack of professional courtesy and basic human kindness. If you are a parent traveling with young children to this home office, be aware that this office is not family-friendly."

He offers compassionate service and truly cares about helping the community. Very professional and made a stressful process much easier. He also let my daughter help with the stamp and had blocks for her to play with
