Shira is an absolute badass of a lawyer and you would be lucky to have her in your corner! For the past year, she helped me navigate a lot of ups and downs while trying to exit a toxic business partnership. She was able to provide clarity on my shareholder agreement, my rights as a Director of the company, and helped me to understand what my options were throughout the process as well as the pros & cons associated with each of those options. Working with Shira really helped to decrease the overwhelm and stress of the situation. I felt she genuinely cared to help me get out of a negative situation and really wanted to help me move past this chapter in my life and career. Shira and her team were very on top of things in a timely manner and extremely detail oriented. I love that this is a female owned and operated firm.
