  I have recently purchased additional storage locker units for my condo in Markham and Dorothee was more than happy to help me out with the process. She was as diligent and professional as ever. To my surprise she even remembered things regarding my parents from several years ago! Dorothee is very approachable and very easy to talk to. She ensures you are aware of every detail and things you should be aware about so you are never caught off-guard or ill-prepared. Will continue to retain her services so as long as she is not retired!

  Dorothee has been a wonderful lawyer for all my needs over the past decade. She is my go-to person because she is so detail oriented and professional. She always care for client's best interests and is a very trust-worthy person. I'm glad I have her to handle my real estate deals, family wills and other legal matters.   My partner and I were referred to another real estate lawyer however we were not pleased with the initial conversation with them and looked for our own lawyer. That’s when we found Dorothee thanks to her amazing Google reviews and we’re absolutely grateful for trusting her reviews because she exceeded our expectations! As first-time home buyers, James and I used Dorothee for the closing on a purchase of a property. We were looking for a lawyer that was transparent, professional and detail oriented. She was very organized, responded to all queries quickly, walked us through each step and explained in detail items we would not have considered to be important. She provided us with clear instructions ahead of time and kept us informed throughout the closing process. Her fees are very reasonable considering her top-notch service.   We were referred to Dorothee through a friend during the purchase of our new home and it was our first time buying pre-construction. Dorothee was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very informative throughout the whole process and was proactive in keeping us in the loop of any updates from the builder. As we got closer to closing, she was incredibly thorough in ensuring that we had everything we needed to complete the transfer along with a checklist of items for new homeowners.   Dorothee recently helped me with the closing of my condo and I would definitely recommend her services to anyone. She was there every step of the way, taking the time to explain things and making sure I understood each step of the process.
