  SUMMARY: I unequivocally would recommend Chaudhary Law Office. Mr. Loughlin and Mr. Chaudhary are both fantastic attorneys/lawyers. If there is any sort of complexity, I would further strongly recommend them. NOTE: Chaudhary Law is the 2nd immigration specialized law firm I have used, so I write this review with some comparative perspective (which I think is useful, as there are multiple options). We also have retained Chaudary Law Office for 2 distinct applications. GENERAL REVIEW: Right out of the gate, they have an amazing website when you can book an initial paid consolation. (which is a good sign, our first firm offered free consultation). After meeting Mr. Chaudhary in-person, I could easily say, that he was extremely detail oriented and highly articulate. It really didn't take long, minutes at most, for me to make up my mind in my head. After we initiated the application process, we worked closely with Mr. Loughlin. And like Mr. Chaudhary, he was exceptionally detail oriented, highly proactive, and very articulate. However, competency does not always translate to care, empathy and proactiveness for all lawyers and law firms. However, with Mr. Loughlin (and initially Mr. Chaudhary), a deep sense of care and empathy permeated throughout the process. I really do say from the bottom of my heart, that they are not just amazing at what they do, but they are genuinely good people. LEGAL/TECHNICAL REVIEW: What I found extremely refreshing about Mr. Loughlin was that for more open-ended documentation requirements, he left no stone unturned. (Which is something our last firm did not do). Furthermore, he was appropriately prescriptive, however, he also tried to make us understand the purpose of requirements so we could bolster the application further with other supporting documents. It is evident that they have accumulated a lot of deep legal understanding though taking on complex and challenging cases and even appeals/litigation (although we didn't require any appeal/litigation). Having a solid law firm stand by your side is a small price to pay in order to ensure your application is as correct and complete as it can be. The IRCC website/requirements can be intentionally vague/open-ended, and vary on a case-by-case basis. FINAL NOTE: I would want to sign off with an anecdote that Mr. Loughlin chose to call us first instead of email us to share a major positive update for our case. The final decisions in immigration applications are solely in the government's hands. The most you can do is try your best, retaining Chaudhary Law Office certainly re-assured us we are trying our best.

  I’m so happy to finally receive my eCOPR today! I couldn’t have done it without the incredible support of Max and Lisa. They are truly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Throughout the entire immigration process, they were always patient, responsive, and provided clear guidance every step of the way.   I had a very positive experience working with Mr. Loughlin Adams-Murphy throughout my PR journey. The whole process took a long time, but he was always professional, patient, supportive, and responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy immigration lawyer.

  I had a very pleasant experience with Chaudhary Law Office. Loughlin was my lawyer taking care of my case. Loughlin works well and works hard! He is very professional and a great lawyer!   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly cannot thank Chaudhary Law Office enough — especially Loughlin — for everything they did for me. They truly went above and beyond. This was something I had been struggling with on my own for over a full year. I sent countless letters, made endless phone calls, and kept getting nowhere. No clear answers, no progress — just frustration. These guys handled it in one shot. My PR card renewal was done smoothly and efficiently, and the relief I felt afterward was incredible. I genuinely couldn’t believe how quickly and professionally they resolved something that had caused me so much stress for so long.
