⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service for First-Time Student Rental Buyers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience working with Travers Law in Waterloo to close our very first student rental condo unit near UW. As first-time buyers, we were incredibly impressed by how professional, friendly, and efficient the entire team was. A special shoutout to Sonia Sharma, the Senior Law Clerk who managed our file. Sonia was truly exceptional! She caught mistakes made by the seller's lawyers and worked diligently to make sure everything was 100% accurate. Sonia was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. She walked us through every single step, making sure we felt comfortable and confident along the way. Thanks to her quick actions, our deal successfully closed by the morning of closing day! We absolutely plan to use Travers Law again for all of our future investment properties.
