  We originally came to Jennifer and her office as we wanted to have professional advice on my immigration chances and wanted to obtain Permanent Residence as soon as possible. I understood my limitations through Express Entry and different pathways due to my factors not creating the best profile. I did try to create my own profile with Express Entry however I was not getting selected. I never Imagined the process was so complicated, and looking back I doubt that I could have done it on my own. When we met with Jennifer, she was detail oriented, highly professional, good at problem solving and able to find solutions. She described different options which were difficult to understand but it was clearly described, however during the process of the application we were informed in advance of what to expect and it was clear. There was significant benefit working with her office as they were able to prove my work experience, therefore making my eligibility able to be approved faster. I was so grateful to have completed my process before the restrictions came into play as I couldn’t have done it on my own. Jennifer was able to calculate the best timing correctly for me and my family. Before we retained Jennifer I was confused, but she was able to bring the value of myself to IRCC in a way that was helpful. She went able to help me get through the whole process very quickly, as I was able to obtain my permanent residence in less than 2 years (which was extremely fast). I doubt I could do it better or faster if I had done it on my own and I was assured that the chances were much higher with the professional’s help. During my application there were several clarifications that Immigration asked for with my documentation and Jennifer was able to present my documents in a good light for Immigration to clearly understand. The whole process is expensive but I take it very seriously as the process is now becoming more complicated with longer waiting times and obtaining Permanent Residence is becoming harder. We were frustrated as we during one of our vacations Immigration requested documents on a very short deadline, however Jennifer and her office, worked with us to provide the requested documents on time. Thank you, Jennifer and her whole team, for all the hard work that was completed on our application! We are very grateful and would most definitely recommend Jennifer and her team to all who want professional help in Immigration applications! Gennadii & Family

  I came to Jennifer’s office because we wanted to know we were taking a safe route to Permanent Residency. We wanted a trustworthy, solid, reliable and responsible lawyer to guide us through the process. From the first meeting Jennifer was very knowledgeable and has a lot of expertise. She is very attentive to detail and provides positive assistance. Jennifer and her team are organized, they cover all their bases, clear, serious friendly real people. We wanted to know they were doing it right and up front. Anytime we had questions they were quick with their responses and they were easy to understand. They definitely provided value for us as we achieved the goal of gaining Rico’s permanent residency, however there were a lot of extra twists and turns. We spent more than what was originally laid out and projected but there were complications – but the important thing is it’s done and no more worrying. We were irritated by the many requests from Immigration which we considered to be overkill, but Jennifer and her team worked with us to finalize all the information. We would most definitely recommend Jennifer and her team as they are thorough, professional, knowledgeable, able to deal with the unexpected. We were impressed with what they know and how they deal with many things, we could trust that they will get it done, we had no doubts about their integrity or legitimacy.   When I first came to the office, I felt very comfortable, I had a very complicated start and needed some expedited help from someone who was experienced in dealing with complications in Immigration. From the first meeting with Ms. Roggemann, I felt very confident about how to proceed forward. She clearly explained the timeframe and was precise, to the point and the steps that she laid out mirrored the steps that happened in my application. Jennifer’s Office was organized, efficient and they work together as a team very well. Everyone in their office was very kind and always makes me feel very comfortable. They were also very accommodating and available whenever I needed to book a meeting. Whenever I asked questions, they were very precise, timely and easy to understand answers that I received. The quote that I received from Jennifer was close to what I paid in the end, although I ended up spending more as there were lots of emails. Jennifer’s office definitely provided me value and I was so relieved to finally gain my goal of permanent residency. I would most definitely recommend Jennifer and her office to anyone who is experiencing complication in their Immigration journey. They get it done and achieve your goals to the best of their ability. Thank you for all of your help and support throughout my PR process. Your professionalism and dedication made this journey much smoother, and I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me.

  I came to Jennifer’s Office as I was recommended by my accountant as I was looking into my family’s permanent residence and citizenship. I was in a limbo as I had to leave Canada and I couldn’t afford to make any mistakes with my application or I would lose my chance to obtain my Canadian Citizenship. I felt the process was clear. Jennifer always responded very quickly to all my questions. I felt that Jennifer and her office was expensive but totally worth it because I got my Canadian Citizenship in the end. They were very helpful because they would give me options and I could choose which choice was best for me. Their office was extremely accommodating when I was out of country and was available very quickly when I was traveling so that I could sign any paperwork that needed to be physically signed. I recommend Jennifer and her office if you have doubts about your application and you want someone who has expertise to do your application. I didn’t have any bad interactions with her office at all.

  Jennifer’s office was recommended to me by my husband after he had great success with his dealings with her in his complex case. After I had my consultation meeting with Jennifer, I was very reassured as she walked me through the process step by step so I understood what was going to be expected of me. From the very beginning, Jennifer went through all the information with me which I really appreciated, it was very helpful. I was impressed with everyone at the office and how reliable they were when it came to meeting deadlines and answering all my questions in a fast and efficient manner. Jennifer is very good with responding quickly and making sure that I was always aware of what was happening and what steps were coming up next. I got to know Alley at the office and I enjoyed the conversations I had with her and how she was always reassuring. Everyone at the office was genuinely happy and excited for me when I received the good news of my approval and especially when I received my confirmation of permanent residence and that showed me that Jennifer and her team truly care about their clients. I have recommended Jennifer to a friend and if anyone is looking for an immigration lawyer, I can say that Jennifer is the best one out there. I would definitely work with her office again.
