I retained Regency Law Group and Noah Aresta for a property matter and paid $600 for a demand letter. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. Communication was often delayed, and I had to repeatedly follow up for information and updates. After the demand letter was sent, I sought clarification about important legal issues and options, but I found it difficult to obtain clear and timely answers. I was often the one raising questions about important legal timelines and issues, and I expected clearer guidance and more proactive communication from legal counsel. What concerned me most was that the demand letter threatened legal action, yet I later learned that there may have been no viable ability to pursue the court action being threatened. In my view, this is something that Noah should have identified and explained before the letter was prepared and sent. Had I been advised of that possibility at the outset, I would not have authorized the letter. When I later raised concerns about the handling of my matter and requested an explanation, I did not receive a response. I also did not receive an invoice until several months later. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with the communication, responsiveness, legal guidance, and overall client service I received. I would not retain this firm

I can’t say enough good things about Steve Singh and the team at Regency Law Group. I was dealing with a very stressful situation where a company was suing me, and from the very beginning, Steve made me feel like I was finally in the right hands. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and confident in what he does. His calm and composed approach really helped take a lot of the stress off my shoulders during a difficult time. Hired Regency for an Estate litigation but experienced serious delays and missing documents. A court order was mishandled and took months to process, even though I was repeatedly told it was already in progress. These issues created major challenges with deadlines. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Law Society of Ontario. The list of missteps is deeply concerning. My new lawyer has advised they never even ask the opposing counsel for responding record for over a year.

Such a great experience. We used Regency to sell a home, something I hadn’t done in a very long time. The entire staff was very clear and patient as they led us through every step of the process. The communication with me was fantastic. I was never in the dark about what was going to happen or what they were doing on my behalf. It was a no stress experience, and I would very much recommend this firm to anyone looking for top notch legal counsel.
