We purchased a property and Li Cheng was referred to us by our Realtor. Although it's just a regular property transaction that we can just choose anyone, what stood out to me is they constantly keep us up to date on the progress. We deal with many different vendors, and COMMUNICATION is key, Lianne (their Law Clerk) keeps us up to date all the time, so we know where the progress is. There was a small hick up (on other party's lawyer side) that causes the closing date to be delayed, but Lianne made sure to keep us up to date on the progress, informing us ETA and where are things now. Overall, highly recommended. Their fees are also reasonable, especially with this service.

We recently worked with GSL to complete a Title Transfer. The experience was professional, fast, efficient and very friendly. We felt the GSL team truly wanted this to be a good experience and our comfort and trust very important to them. Nadine and Lianne were friendly and down to earth throughout the process. Li Cheng, when reviewing the final papers, was not rushing us and took time to answer all our questions. Very consultative. I highly recommend this firm.
