I have used Scotia Law recently, and in the past, for real estate puchases and sales. They always exceed my expectations in their professionalism, ability to communicate and keep me up to date on the timeline of events. Scotia Law has assisted us twice now for our original mortgage then our mortgage renewal. As first time home owners, both events were a bit stressful, but the team at Scotia Law handled things so smoothly it took away our stress. The staff are all super friendly and easy to work with.
