So far they have been really professional and on point. I am very pleased how I've been treated. I recieve a unexpected parcel today from the firm that included a chocolate bar, a mug, a personalized cutting board, a survey card that allows me to win a timmies $50 card and a letter thanking me for choosing them. It was like xmas hee hee. It also said there was a note book that I could use to journal my pain and stuff but sadly my package didn't have a note book. Regardless Of that, it was very nice to receive the box, it was a pick me up as today my pain is a bit intense. Thank you Nova Law, you are the best
