  I had an amazing experience with MacGillivary’s, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. After my accident, I was worried that dealing with everything would be stressful and complicated, but they made the entire process so much simpler and easier than I ever expected. My case manager, Amy, was an absolute pleasure to consult with throughout the entire process. She was always kind, helpful, patient, and so easy to talk to, which made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. I’m incredibly grateful to MacGillivary’s and all of their support. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a situation where they need legal assistance. If I could give more than five stars, I genuinely would! They deserve more than 5/5!

  I highly recommend MacGillivray Injury & Insurance Law. Throughout the entire process, they were very supportive, informative, and thorough. I always felt well-informed and knew that my case was being handled with care and professionalism. I’m very grateful for their support and guidance.   I cannot say enough good things about MacGillivray Injury & Insurance Law. My lawyer, Ashwin Krishnan, and his paralegal/ associate Kim, were both outstanding throughout my disability claim. Ashwin provided clear, practical advice and always took the time to make sure I fully understood the process and what to expect. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and gave me real confidence during what was a very difficult and stressful period. What stood out most was his willingness to listen carefully and advocate strongly for my perspective. He made sure my voice was heard and that the insurance company understood my situation on my own terms. His dedication and strategic approach meant a great deal to me. Kim was equally exceptional. She was organized, responsive, compassionate, and incredibly helpful in keeping everything moving forward. No matter how many questions I had, she always responded promptly and made a complicated process feel much more manageable. On several occasions, she went above and beyond to help with documentation and updates, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. That kind of dedication and care is rare and was deeply appreciated.
