I bought a house with Mr. Noonan as my lawyer a few years ago, and after buying another house using a different lawyer (unfortunately my timing didn't work out to be able to work with Noonan Piercey again) I know for sure they are the best around. While they are not the cheapest option, the service, professionalism, and transparency are well worth the price tag. Everyone in the office kept me informed at every step, they answered all my questions, a truly wonderful experience.
