  We had a very disappointing experience with Kevin Nenka. Communication was extremely poor. Calls and messages were often not returned, and there was little sense of urgency throughout the process. What should have been a straightforward real estate closing ended up taking approximately seven weeks, causing unnecessary delays and frustration for everyone involved. Unfortunately, the delays became so significant that our lender ultimately withdrew three transactions. This had serious financial and business consequences that could have been avoided with better communication and more timely action. I expected professionalism, responsiveness, and respect for my time. Sadly, that was not my experience. I hope Taylor McCaffrey addresses these concerns, as clients deserve prompt communication and efficient legal service, especially for time-sensitive real estate transactions.

  I have had the unfortunate experience of having to be involved in legal proceedings far too long. Not a fault of my lawyer(s) at TML, but rather the legal system and others involved. My lawyers responded quickly and efficiently, and communications were clear. Thank you to the team at Taylor McCaffrey.

  I have had the pleasure of working with this firm for a few years. Peter has been an outstanding advocate and leader to us. His team is always ready to help and give us sound advice. His ability to understand culturally appropriate situations and sensitivity while still applying law and teaching us as clients makes for an excellent working relationship. His calming presence at extremely high stress times shows his confidence and skill. His knowledge in labour law is the best I’ve seen in a very long time. He comes with solutions and explanations to issues that give me a better understanding and ability to make decisions in the best interest of our system.   Extremely disappointing experience with Taylor McCaffrey Lawyers. Lawrence Pinsky and his assistants, Lauren and Corrine, were consistently inaccessible and failed to return emails or phone calls over an extended period of time. The final straw was being stood up for a scheduled consultation with absolutely no notice. We arrived on time, waited in the building for over half an hour, and only then were we told that the consultation was not happening. No advance communication, no apology, and no respect for our time. For a law firm, communication and professionalism are critical, and unfortunately this firm fell far short on both. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them. Take your time and read the other reviews to get a sense of who they are as a firm. Thankfully they showed us their red flags right off the bat before dumping thousands of dollars into our cause. I would also avoid Justin, who always has a more pressing matter to attend you. You deserve someone who reciprocates your time and energy. You owe it to yourself to avoid this firm at all costs.
