  I reached out to Jason Harvey at Tapper Cuddy regarding a wrongful death case. After multiple conversations where he committed to following up, he proceeded to ghost me entirely. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Things fall through the cracks. We're only human... A few months passed. There were new developments. So I called him back. We had another meeting. He ended the meeting letting me know he'd follow up with me that day or the next. You heard from him, like I heard from him. I left a voicemail. I sent him an email. Nothing. A professional decline is a standard, understandable aspect of legal practice. What is entirely unacceptable is the decision to leave a potential client in limbo — particularly someone navigating the trauma of a loved one's death. This pattern of avoidance and dismissal is deeply unprofessional and demonstrates a fundamental lack of respect for a client’s time and circumstances. I caution anyone looking for a reliable attorney to be aware that communication — and basic professional courtesy — was entirely absent during my experience with this lawyer.

  I worked with Jessie Gietz and I couldn’t recommend him enough. I felt so relieved immediately after speaking with him. My outcome was beyond what I thought was possible. Smart, no ego, straight to the point.

  I have been working with Nathan Weltman at Tapper Cuddy LLP and have had an excellent experience overall. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and definitely up-to-date with all aspects of real estate law. In addition, he is very responsive to any questions or concerns which I have regarding my transactions, which makes things much easier. Great experience overall.Paid street parking is available and they’re open 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM five days per week. I highly recommend.

  Nathan has been wonderful to work with in regards to my mom's estate. He has been great with giving information, giving advice, responding to emails, keeping us updated and in general great mannerisms during a very difficult time. I also just used him to plan my personal Will, POA and medical director documents. Thank you David Golub for leaving myself and my family in good hands with Nathan 😊

  Worst lawyer's in this law firm. Took over 70,000 for divorce and sold me out to the opposing lawyer. Just 20 days before my trial, he told me that if I don't agree to what they're offering, he won't go to trial, and I would've to get another lawyer. These lawyers will just take your money and do nothing for you. After going to this law firm, I lost my business and all my earnings. They don't care about you, and all they want is money. Stop going to these guys with suits. Go to court yourself and represent yourself and fight it. You won't regret it.i have all the proof anyone wants, and I can share them with you. My lawyer was RANDALL HORTON. If he or anyone from this law firm is your lawyer, then you're going to lose, and they will make sure.
