I contacted this firm for assistance with my case. Nicole Golletz took my personal information and then never replied after that. I followed up but she still refused to reply or provide any indication why she’s behaving so unprofessional. I guess there’s a reason why this law firm has a 3/5 rating.

I contacted this law firm for assistance with my case. Nicole Golletz took my information, claimed she was required to do a “conflict” check and then never got back to me. About 3 weeks ago. I know there’s no conflict because the other party doesn’t live in Canada. So I’m not sure why I was treated like this. Very unprofessional. Maybe they just want easy cases.

Without a doubt I would not hesitate to work with Peter Aiello and the pitblado team. I hired Pitblado to assist with a complex insurance claim, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. From the outset, the firm demonstrated a lack of urgency and expertise. Important documentation was mishandled, deadlines were missed, and the attorneys seemed unfamiliar with the basic aspects of insurance law. What was especially frustrating was the lack of communication. I had to chase them down for updates, and when I did get a response, it was either dismissive or completely uninformed. At one point, they submitted incorrect paperwork to the insurer, which caused serious delays—and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to shift the blame onto me. Their negligence not only cost me time and money but also jeopardized the entire outcome of my claim. I expected legal representation that would advocate for my interests; instead, I felt abandoned and misled. I would not recommend this firm to anyone dealing with an insurance matter. If you need a lawyer who is competent, responsive, and actually understands the stakes involved, look elsewhere. Also after a year and thousand of dollars in lawyers fees Pitblado sent me a letter saying that they would no longer be able to help me . I was forced to hire a new law firm and took them less one week to resolve the matter .

I engaged the firm for a case that just concluded in Winnipeg, Canada on Thursday 22nd March 2018. Right from the very first day I stepped my foot in their office, I noticed the wonderful manner in which I was treated. My case was handled very professionally and I am quite impressed. The firm can be relied upon to execute what ever case is brought to them very painstakingly and professionally. I am quite impressed and will definitely recommend them to anyone who requires legal service. Kudos to Pitblado!!
