  This was the second Lawyer that I had consulted with about drafting a will, power of attorney and medical directive. The first was not interested in taking the time to explain the differences in approach or potential consequences. However, Nancy took the time to carefully walk me through my choices, Nancy took the time to make me comfortable with my decisions. That said, the process was quickly wrapped up with only two appointments! Highly recommended, except for the heavily scented meeting rooms.

  I have been a client for 6+ years, Nancy has handled my legal needs in multiple areas- real estate, estate planning, POA, etc. She has excellent communication, responding to my various questions usually within hours, and quite often free of charge despite me telling her to invoice me for her time. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient, which results in legal fees being kept to a minimum. She is very approachable and easy to talk to, is able to understand my needs even when I have difficulty expressing what I need due to my limited understanding of the legal system. She has been firm and assertive as my advocate during legal matters, and I feel she has saved me multiple times from being taken advantage of by opposing parties. I cannot say enough good things about her and her firm, I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing legal assistance.

  My partner and I recently retained Nancy for two services. First, a notary item and second, our real estate purchase in Winnipeg. She was warm and professional. The services were prompt and well organized. And importantly, we were comfortable in the processes. We knew she would take good care of our needs even as we had to close our house purchase virtually from our old northern residence. Amazing job. Thanks Nancy.
