A few years ago, I purchased a home and worked with Saqib during the closing process. At that time, I had a positive experience. He was organized, and helpful throughout the transaction. The office location was also convenient and easy to access. Because of that experience, I originally left this law firm a 5-star review and recommended them. Unfortunately, my opinion changed after a more recent experience. When I later sold my rental property, I contacted the same firm again, expecting that as a returning customer, I would receive fair and competitive pricing. Instead, I was given a quote that I felt was significantly higher than expected and not competitive compared to other options I explored. What disappointed me most was not just the pricing itself, but the feeling that my previous business and loyalty did not seem to matter. As a repeat customer, I honestly expected to feel more valued. To be fair, my original experience purchasing my home was good, which is why I am not leaving a negative overall rating. However, based on my more recent experience, I do feel my review should be adjusted. I still appreciate the professional service I previously received from Saqib, but I hope the firm places greater importance on long-term customer relationships going forward.
