  I am sharing my personal experience with Litco Law regarding an employment matter. I contacted the firm for assistance following the termination of my employment. My matter was accepted, my circumstances were reviewed, and a demand letter was prepared on my behalf. After my former employer responded through its lawyers, I was informed that Litco Law would no longer continue assisting me with the matter. I was disappointed by this because I had understood that my case had been accepted and that I would continue receiving assistance through the next stage. I understand that a law firm may decide that it cannot continue representing a client. However, from my perspective, the timing left me concerned about how I would protect my rights and deal with the employer’s response. My purpose in sharing this review is to describe my personal experience and to encourage prospective clients to ask very clearly what circumstances could cause representation to end and what assistance will be provided if the opposing party disputes the claim. This review reflects my personal experience and disappointment with how my matter was handled. I am not making allegations about Litco Law generally or about anyone’s character.

  I had a great experience working with the team throughout my claim. Everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, and I was very happy with the settlement they helped me achieve. Over the course of my claim I worked with a few different lawyers. While that sometimes meant adjusting to a new point of contact, each transition was handled professionally, and every lawyer took the time to answer my questions and explain the process. There were a couple of moments where information wasn't carried over quite as seamlessly as I would have liked, but the team was always transparent and made sure I had the information I needed. Legal claims can be a long and stressful process, but I always felt that my case was being moved forward. I truly appreciate all of the hard work that went into my claim and would confidently recommend this firm to anyone looking for knowledgeable and compassionate legal representation.

  The Litco team was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process (claim). They checked in monthly, we're always available to answer questions and even sent Birthdays cards! Overall, a very friendly and supportive team. I would highly recommend Litco Lawyers!
