  Definitely shop around before you settle. I switched over from an unprofessional male lawyer who made me feel so small (in the same firm). I asked to see a female lawyer instead and I'm so glad I did!. Not only did Kamila get me a swift and easy settlement, she gave me advice and genuine hope about my situation ! She checked in on me and kept me informed about the ongoings of the case. Very competent and professional to deal with. Highly recommend kamila surkont for your needs.

  Ryan Girtel and his team were nothing short of exceptional to work with. From the very beginning, Ryan was helpful in explaining what the process would look like, laid out what my expectations could be, and was reassuring that my injury was a legitimate reason to seek help from them. Each interaction with the legal assistants were incredibly pleasant and warm, too. They made the process easy and less stressful than you would think it would be after an accident. My biggest take away from this experience is that you shouldn't second guess yourself when you've been injured and you should just reach out. It's worth the call - it was worth it for me. Again, so grateful for Ryan and his team - shoutout to Moselle and Janine for their kindness and support in emails and check-ins.

  I can't recommend this team enough. From the very beginning, David Huculak and his team took so much weight off my shoulders and handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and confidence. Having someone that was truly advocating for me made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to get through. Kristy the Litigation Assistant was also amazing. She always answered my questions quickly, kept me informed, and was so kind and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and never made me feel like any question was too small. Thank you to the entire team for all of your hard work. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and would highly recommend your team to anyone needing an accident injury lawyer.

  In short, my experience with James H Brown was one of the most professional, client-focused and caring interactions I've had in any professional service industry thanks to Ryan and Taija. Thankfully I haven't had the need for a lawyer often, however if you're ever in need of guidance or seeking legal counsel in the event of an accident, don't hesitate to contact them. I first worked with Ryan who as the lawyer assigned to my case, listened carefully to my injury concerns and explained the various paths forward in simple, easy to understand language (no jargon). He made sure my treatment and recovery was kept on track and maintained direct contact at key points throughout my journey. He always ensured any questions I had were explored and answered to the full extent of his knowledge and experience. Ryan is highly professional, attentive, skilled, yet also very pragmatic when it comes to navigating complex situations. I also want to give a very special mention to Taija who as my assigned legal assistant, supported my case so well from start to finish. She was extremely diligent in keeping me updated as information and details changed, and was highly professional in every interaction.
