Very accommodating and reliable. Sam really knows his stuffs! We went to him to ask for his assistance on our student visa refusal, and grateful that we were approved, and now I am an incoming International Student. Thanks to him and to my husband's cousin!

If you have any needs regarding Canadian immigration, I strongly recommend consulting Immigration Nation. I cannot express the sheer amount of thanks that my wife and I have to Sam, Jen, and the rest of the team for making it possible for my wife and I to win the appeal for her PR application. I, a Canadian citizen living overseas, had applied for my wife's PR application in advance with the intent that her PR would be approved in time for our planned return to Canada. However, when my wife's application was rejected (IRCC did not believe that I, as the sponsor, intended to return to Canada), we felt like there was no hope. We had no direction as to how to even begin to appeal the decision. But Sam was incredibly helpful and resourceful, and helped us identify the evidence we had available. Furthermore, Jen was very helpful in helping us gather our evidence and both helped us arrange the evidence into a really solid case. And both were invaluable in helping us prepare for the appeal process, to know how to answer any questions that we might be asked. In the end, we were prepared and had no difficulty proving our case such that my wife's PR would continue processing to be approved, thanks to all of the invaluable and diligent work from the Immigration Nation team. I cannot give enough praise for how invaluable Sam and Jen were during the entire appeal process, and I strongly recommend them for anyone who is strugging with immigrating to Canada. I will definitely be referring all future friends and family who need immigration help to the excellent team at Immigration Nation!
