I had a very disappointing experience. There was a mistake in my notarized document because a word was missed. When I went back to get it corrected, she refused to send the corrected document by email and said she could only provide it one time. She told me there would be extra charges for changing some details. At first, she mentioned it would be around $15–$20 extra, but later she said the extra charge would be $33. The charges were not clearly explained from the beginning. While I was checking the document, she kept saying “hurry up” because the time was going. I felt rushed while reviewing an important document. The service was not professional, and I did not feel respected as a customer. I would not recommend this notary service.

Outstanding service from start to finish! The notary was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. The document signing process was smooth, and I felt confident that everything was handled accurately and professionally. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and excellent customer service. I would definitely use their services again.

I had visited this Norary two or three time. I had amazing services every time. Their professionalism and timeliness is great. I would defenetely recommend others. They are also located near my place. Easy to approach. Quick services and reasonable prices too. Thanks to their dedicated services.
