  West Legal represented me while I fulfilled executor duties on my grandfathers' passing. On both the estate handling side and the real estate side, they were amazing to work with. Kelsey M and Rossana M were especially helpful, dedicated, direct and honest which I truly appreciated. Cant think of anything else that could have been better...

  Working with Sabrina was an absolute pleasure. She went above and beyond for my client throughout the entire process and made what could have been a very difficult deal with a builder so much smoother and less stressful. Her communication was exceptional from start to finish, she made sure everyone was updated at all times, responded quickly, and handled everything immediately and professionally.   If you’re anything like me and have spent countless hours searching for a real estate lawyer, look no further than West Legal. I have used West Legal twice, for both purchasing and selling a property, and I can confidently say that their insights and services have exceeded my expectations during this often stressful process. The real estate assistants, Mishelle and Kelsey, initially reached out to gather the necessary information to open my file. They broke down the paperwork required in great detail and were always available to answer any questions I had. Melynda Winters was our real estate paralegal, and working with her was a fantastic experience. I was grateful to have her guide me through the final details and help complete all forms. Despite being bombarded with multiple questions, she remained patient and reassuring, ensuring me that everything was taken care of. Lastly, the real estate lawyer, Talina Handel, was a godsend. Talina spent an hour carefully reviewing my property paperwork, the statement of adjustments, the bridge loan process, and the new home purchase details. She took the time to explain all the legal jargon that can be confusing for the average person. Thanks to her thoroughness, the stress of the process was replaced with the excitement of buying a home.
