  There are moments in life when words simply cannot express how grateful you feel. Today is one of those moments. After a five-year battle with IRCC related to my citizenship application, I am finally holding my Canadian passport. It truly feels like I have my life back. None of this would have been possible without Qimat Zafar. From day one she was transparent, honest and incredibly professional.
