  I am happy with the service I received from Taylor Law. Thomas was my lawyer representing me for the sale of my home. He (and his assistant Diljot) stood up for my interests despite pressure from my own real estate agent to give holdbacks for unfair knit picking on my 1940s property on possession day. He was kind in person at office too. He appears to be a man of integrity, which was important to me when choosing a law office for this deal.

  We’ve used Taylor Law for both the purchase and sale of our first home, and had such a positive experience each time. The entire team was professional, organized, and made the process feel so much less stressful. Julie was especially amazing-she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and always took the time to answer our questions and keep everything moving smoothly. Highly recommend Taylor Law to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming legal team!

  Julie and Sam were both excellent and really good to work with. Julie was very organized and definitely helped out with all of the legal work when it came time to buying my first home. Will definitely use them again for any legal work in the future.

  2026 Update: We are less than 2 months shy of the 3 year mark since we closed on the property. Yesterday, we were finally given the clear title with everything from the previous owner discharged. We appreciate the efforts of this team to get this matter resolved. We used this team for the sale of our old home and purchase of a new property in 2023. During the purchase, it was found that the previous owner had a number of writs, mortgage, and lis pendens. We were assured that we would be given a free and clear title for the property and signed the purchase as a result. It is now nearing the 3 year mark since the purchase and we still do not have a clear title with those items discharged. We have a 45 message long email thread with Julie about this going back 3 years to the purchase date. We have been assured multiple times that it will be resolved, but we are yet to see that. It is extremely frustrating and concerning to be nearly 3 years later and not received the clear title we were assured of on the day of the purchase sitting in their office. We often don't receive any response or update for months on end unless I follow up. I did another follow up today and was provide with a "clear title" showing two writs, a mortgage, and lis pendens from the previous owner. Thankfully, we are not trying to sell the property as we would not be able to given what is still showing on our title. We need ownership from this team to resolve our issue as we were told on the day of the sale nearly 3 years ago.

  The whole process was very efficient, quick and easy. From Julie, the Legal assistant and Thomas Taylor, our lawyer, everything went so smoothly. Julie is always quick to respond and keeps us in the loop all the time. We didn’t have to do anything except sign the papers. Fees are very reasonable . Awesome experience! Highly recommended!!!
