  Thank you to Shim Law, especially Don Delloro, for helping us so much during our case. In our situation, we were very stressed because the tenant made many complaints, and even though we knew they were not true, we felt unsure about how to properly defend ourselves. Thankfully, Don helped us present our case in a very organized and professional way. He represented us well, and because of his help, we won the case. Don is very accommodating and knowledgeable. He carefully reviewed all the paperwork and even checked the tenant’s video evidence in detail. Because of his experience, he was also able to suggest stronger ways for us to support and prove our side. We also visited their office in Calgary, and it was definitely worth traveling from Edmonton. The office was very clean, welcoming, and professional, and everyone there was accommodating and kind. Before finding Shim Law, we spoke with other attorneys in Edmonton, but we did not feel they were the right fit for our case. From our very first phone call with Don Delloro, we immediately felt confident and comfortable working with him. Thank you again, Don Delloro and Shim Law.   I had an excellent experience with Cynthia and her team. Cynthia is extremely professional and dedicated. She not only met my expectations but truly exceeded them.
