  Great service. The whole process was very smooth. I love the fact you receive emails during the process stating what’s next and what to expect. We purchased a house so it was great to get emails along the way during the process. Excellent communication!! Alex and Loni were amazing to deal with and all questions we had were answered quickly. Highly recommend this team!!!

  We found them using AI as they were highly recommended and in our end of the city. And AI was right. The process on our sale and purchase of our old a new homes was easy and effortless. Lonnie was well prepared and it took just one visit to get it all done. Lonnie and her assistant were top notch, friendly and courteous. We forgot to register for parking when we arrived and the girl at the front desk went to the lobby and did it for us. Great service and appreciated!! I would refer them to friends in a heart beat. Plan on using them to update our wills

  We’ve worked with them three times across different properties, and they’ve been consistently helpful and responsive every time. Huge kudos to Alex M, the paralegal — she’s exceptional at what she does. (Not sure if she is still at the firm but please thank her for us!!) Also a big thank you to Sam Cowan, who helped me this week with a specific question about a restrictive covenant on my land title. Super responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. We’ll definitely continue working with them!

  I used this law firm for both the purchase and sale of my condo, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
