Stay away. Tyler Peach has gone out of his way to lie & mislead me regarding their process & costs after spending exorbitant energy trying to retain this Lawfirm. I was happy to pay whatever necessary granted simple information regarding cost was relayed clearly. I should also add that multiple people have told me to use this firm so I thought it would be a good idea. Not only was he unreliable and disorganized in his communicative efforts, every straight forward question I asked was purposely not answered in a round about way. His “Principal” should be embarrassed. Tyler is from a sharp shooter. Tyler Peach will cost Parlee McLaws money & further tarnish their reputation over time. I also suggest Tyler stops trying to call me after seeing this review. It’s laughable that leaving a honest review is how I suddenly am acquiring a timely response.

If you have the option, I strongly recommend paying for your own lawyer to ensure you fully understand what you are signing. I had a negative experience when I agreed to work with the builder's lawyer, Parlee McLaws LLP. The communication with the paralegal was marked by arrogance, and there was a significant error in the calculation of my mortgage, which resulted in additional out-of-pocket expenses for me later in the process.

Shale helped us through what turned out to be a complicated real estate transaction. Throughout the whole process he was responsive, professional and managed a delicate situation very well. Very happy to have chosen Shale for the transaction and would recommend him to others.

They provided services for the condo company we purchased from. They were professional and easy to contact and schedule with. Everything was well prepared and easy to go through. Parking was easy in the core shopping underground parkade. Very easy to find once you take the right elevator; half the elevators don't go past the 30th floor.
